A well known law firm, specialising in family law, supplied us with two DVDs containing documents to be printed. Within a couple of hours, we loaded the data onto our discovery tool and produced a report on how many documents there were, how many exact duplicated files, and estimated around 200000+ pages to be produced.
We also found out that the documents were spread over a time period of nearly 5 years. The solicitors asked us to find out how many documents were found over a given period of 3 months. We found only 1200 documents that matched this criterion. The client decided to have these documents printed for paper review, so we produced just fewer than 4500 A4 pages. The documents have been produced in chronological order.
