A top ranked Chambers, specialising in Commercial, Education and Employment Law, approached us regarding the production of 100 copies of their Seminar hand-out file for their delegates. This comprised a presentation file with a colour cover and spine containing a number of documents, both black & white and colour, amounting to 132 pages separated by 11 dividers.
This all sounds like a normal file printing job, but there were a number of problems that we had to contend with. All the tabs were bespoke and had to be produced from scratch. Each section within the document was produced by a separate person, so we did not receive them at the same time. All this had to be produced within a 24-hour time frame.
To cap it all, at the eleventh hour, after printing most of the sections ready for collation, the number of copies was changed to 120.
We completed the work well within the time frame, boxed and delivered the Seminar documents to the venue the night before.
