What is OCR and what are its benefits?

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is software that can recognise text in scanned documents and convert it to text that can be edited. This makes scanned documents much easier to search. This also reduces the need to retrieve hard copies of documents. We are BIP0008 compliant for scanned documents, so there is an audit trail directly traceable back to the hard copy which means there is no need for paper copies in court. By storing your archived paper documents offsite and keeping your electronic documents stored within a Document Management System you will save time and space.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

Your main point of contact will be the Production Manager or Project Manager.
