E-Disclosure

When you need to prepare documents for e-disclosure, we can help you perform the searches required by Rule 31.7 CPR and relieve you of the need to keep your own forensic technology up to date.

You provide the source material on hard drives, and we can speedily capture data. Our equipment is a type that has been approved by the FBI, and means that we can retrieve data from up to two drives at the same time, as fast as 6GB per minute. It allows us to search for possible e-disclosure evidence of data theft, deleted documents or other kinds of user misconduct. When provided with back up tapes or archive material, however ancient, paying attention to the chain of custody, we can restore them quickly with a high rate of recovery so they don’t hold up the e-disclosure review process.

Before working with you on your search for relevant e-disclosure documents, we will weed out the duplicates and anything totally irrelevant or unnecessary.

Finally we can prepare the e-disclosure documents in a litigation ready format as required, perhaps:

• on Introspect, Ringtail, Summation, or Concordance
• by implementing an in-house e-disclosure review solution
• by supplying a hosted e-disclosure review platform.
